Please be sure to book your session by the end of 28wks of gestation to secure your date. Please note maternity sessions are scheduled around or between 30-34wks of gestation for best look and safety. Please note that outdoor locations are not recommended, due to newborn sessions being in the same locations. Please note if location is outdoors, the session will not be extended past 34wks of gestation. Please note newborn sessions are scheduled within the first 2wks of birth. I do not recommend newborn outdoor sessions.
Cancellation Policy
The booking and retainer fee is non-refundable. If the Client cancels or changes the engagement within 72hrs of the scheduled date per contract, funds could possibly be forfeited. If the client is 15 minutes or more late to the session, the photographer obtains the right to cancel or reschedule the session. If the same session have been rescheduled more than once, and client continues to be late; the photographer have the right to cancel and client’s funded will be forfeited. The photographer may choose to use the remaining time of the session but cannot guarantee the quality of shoot experience and amount of images.
